faultless serviceperfect jacuzzidelicious afternoon teabuzzing noiseterrible breakfasttoilet hair
My husband and I enjoyed a spa day including afternoon tea. It was faultless and fantastic. The pool, jacuzzi, and sauna were perfect. The afternoon tea was the best I have ever had.
I did not like the buzzing noise in my room. The buffet breakfast seemed terrible. There was hair on the toilet.

the room was very clean. st mungo beer is nice. i got a complimentary satsuma.
i did not like the three additional credit check charges on my account. i paid the bill in full on arrival. this amounted to more than £170 which spoiled my holiday. i did not have the use of these monies until after my holiday was finished.
